| With an average of about 300 people on Sunday mornings Shoreline Covenant
Church is, in many ways, "just right" in size. Our church is
large enough to provide a full schedule of ministries but small enough to
maintain a family of faith feeling.
We work hard at trying to be a nurturing church for people of all ages but we put a special emphasis on the spiritual growth of children and young people. We provide Sunday school classes, Pioneer Clubs (Pre-K through 6th grade), as well as choir/drama ministries for grade-schoolers, Jr. High and Sr. High kids. We have very active Jr. High and Sr. High ministries. Last summer we helped send over 60 kids to a wonderful experience at summer camp.
We are part of the Evangelical Covenant ChurchThe Evangelical Covenant Church is a denomination of almost 700 churches represented in most states. There are 30 Covenant churches in western Washington. Our congregation, like most Covenant churches, is much like a community church. We have people that come from a great many backgrounds including Baptist, Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Pentecostal, and Roman Catholic. Shoreline Covenant Church belongs to the North Pacific Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. The Covenant values historic statements of the Christian faith (like the

as the word of God and the only perfect rule for faith, doctrine and
conduct." We affirm the following emphases as important
